Bill Sargeant Jr. produced the TAMI show and was interviewed last year on 'Little Steven's Underground Radio Show'...Steven repeats some shows and you might want to search for this show...he told the greatest stories for an hour about what went on with all the acts...great stuff....peter

AMEN...Palace Revolution !...the artwork/photography is superb from the first day...one of the few bands that ever put so much thought into every release whether it was an lp,promo poster or cd single...I have many of the lp covers framed, some of them enlarged poster versions...the rare mirror from the 2nd lp and if they had a pinball machine, I would have it next to my RS machine....great stuff

I was surprised to find 'SNL' The Complete 4th Season for sale at TARGET today for $16.99....the retail price is $50 !....all 20 episodes from 78-79 but of course it's the Stones performance & skits that make this 7 disk set worth $17..and also included in this set are shows which featured Jagger & Peter Tosh, DEVO, Talking Heads, Zappa, Grateful Dead AND....Kate Bush !....

Nile Rodgers of CHIC & other family members of RM describe the genesis of these tunes in the excellent DVD "The Story of Roxy Music"...the remixing of these tunes proved to be a good move regarding airplay in the clubs..so much so that they replaced the original versions on later pressings...strange move I think...imagine the RS replacing the 12" of Miss You on Some Girls...don
