GHS is what it is-- warts and all. You take it for what it is. Cant re-write history. A classic album. Most bands would live their left nut to produce an album as good as this.

I like Lanois a lot, but he would never fit with the Stones. Jack White maybe, but at this point, they should just do it themselves. I don't know if any outside guy would be able to do anything -- Don Was has been with them now for so long, I don't see it changing

Johnny Winter And .. Live is one of the greatest live albums of all time. Still Alive & Well was also incredible. His performance of Dylans "Highway 61" at the 30th anniversary Dylan concert literally blew every else off the stage that night Wow, he was good

The Mike Love version of the Beach Boys is a fun night out. You expect the hits, a few laughs, and a solid band performing them and thats what you get. The Brian Wilson version ( with Al Jardine & Blondie) is a fun night out. You expect the "genius" Brian Wilson and you dont get that, you get a person who is basically a prop at his own show. His backing band is solid and terrific

I dig Crosby, always have. Like his songs, his singing, his attitude. But, he has alienated a ton of people over the years. Lets face it, even he admits he's a dick. A CSNY or Byrds reunion would probably solve his financial issues, but nobody wants to work with him. Who's fault is that ? Now with this virus thing screwing everything up he (like a lot of musicians I'm sure ) are

Got to hand it to him-- he had a great career and some great hits ! Ruby, Coward of the County, The Gambler. I can remember back in 2011 being driven through the mountains of Nicaragua in a beat up van, and the driver had an old 8-track player with only one 8 track tape: Kenny Rogers. We listened to that thing for hours.

Been listening to their incredible live album "On Tour ( w/ Eric Clapton )-- produced by Jimmy Miller, this record documents their rocking 1969 European tour that featured not only Clapton , but George Harrison ( who was still a Beatle ) and Dave Mason. They were one on the hottest bands in the world in 1969-1970. When they imploded, their members helped produce some of the biggest acts in
