Imagine if they did a pay-per-view series of these livestreams in the order of the original tour dates. First up San Diego May 8th - pains me to think of that date now as I was going to be there, but if they

Meanwhile Trump is on Fox talking in circles. He is now at fault for the spread of this virus through America and around the world. He cannot answer a question without making excuses. Keeps blaming the democrats and talking about the economy. What a fool. If we are all sick or dead there won't be an economy anyway.

the use of over estimated numbers - 2.2 million projected deaths, for example. needs to stop. this is creating fear and panic. there is also no way to lock down the entire US. Too large, too many authorities involved, too many people. We are not like a small Scandinavian country. My midwestern state is larger than Norway and Denmark. We are being told to stay home. We are now 5 days

QuoteGasLightStreet Along the Gulf Coast and up the East Coast, basically the hurricane zone, people are saying they're not sure what to do without a cone of uncertainty or a projected path... Which I find hilarious. Does Alabama know?

Quotebv It takes approx four - 4 - weeks from lockdown until the number of deaths change, if the lockdown is late, like in Italy. First lockdown. If the lockdown is 100% like in China, Singapore, South Korea, Taiwan, then all new tested cases will go to zero within 14 days, or some more time if the area is as large as they were in China, and also for North Italy, a large area. Then all peop

QuoteDREAMTIME There is a world-wide crisis happening and you're worried about, maybe, a few thousand dollars? That's offensive to me. By now you should have learned how to protect yourselves on large purchases. Insurance was offered on the tickets and a doctor's note would allow everyone on that excursion to get a full refund. I have done it with RS tickets. You also already commi

Here is an update from the American Midwest. Schools in Indiana will remain closed until May 1. All schools on waivers or e-learning programs. Many outdoor youth sports clubs across Indiana and Ohio (soccer, etc.) are on hold until middle of April. Other states will follow soon. Today Indiana has 55 cases and two deaths.

Quotetreaclefingers QuoteChris Fountain Quotecrholmstrom After over 2 weeks of trying to do so, I'm finally getting tested this afternoon. I had to diplomatically put the hammer down. I pointed out that it would seem to be logical to test people who are at risk even if they don't quite have all of the symptoms, just some. It will take up to a week for results. The testing situation here

I have had this thought, too. But honestly I think this virus has been around longer than we know. I think the tour will get a postponement while they work out the legal, financial and insurance issues. Then cancelled or perhaps just push it back a year and see if they still want to do it or can do it. This morning I am optimistic that 3-4 weeks of distancing and testing will get us all

The UK FTSE 100 has fallen by 1/3 in just 3 weeks and the Dow, which has just opened for today is now only 1,000 points above where it was at the beginning of the current presidential term. Trading in the Dow has been temporarily suspended. It feels like today that you'll see

The markets should be closed for a week just like everything else. Not sure what to make of the UK approach. Being in the US I can't really say much because I have no faith in my government. I trust the doctors. They say stay home and wait it out. Not much else to do. Meanwhile, my area has been ravaged by the flu with far more deaths. I wonder, when this is all over, how many were

It is much easier for Norway, Denmark and much of Northern Europe to close borders because of population size but also because of the geography and existing border controls. In America the current idea I have personally heard from an Airline pilot friend is that passenger flights in and out of California, Washington State and New York State pay be restricted. Cargo and shipping would not stop

Quotetreaclefingers Quoteschwonek NY closes gatherings 250+ - open end! "Cuomo declined to say how long the ban would last. He said it would be evaluated daily." While perhaps a step in the right direction, the idea that the virus isn't going to be spread in groups under 250 is folly. I don't know what the number is, but measures are going to have to be far more drastic

Most schools in the Midwest of America (both k-12 and colleges) are going to e-learning days or extending their spring break vacations. Most are planning to return to full schedules on April 6th. I know this because I live in the middle of this but I won't name the schools here. This tells me we need time to let things settle and allow recovery. That being said the Stones tour woul

I read this thread with much interest in how a fan community I appreciate is viewing COVID-19. I want to share what happened at a Colonoscopy recently at a very big, Trauma 1 Hospital campus with outpatient offices in the middle of America (Flyover Country). This is just my

It would be great if the reissue had some outtakes, demos and rough instrumentals for us to hear the progression of the songs. Perhaps even some live cuts of rare songs. I could swear I heard a live version of Worried About You from an Australian show in the mid 1970’s long before it appeared on Tattoo You.

Much of Tattoo You was Jagger doing vocal overdubs in Paris with the Stones mobile unit parked inside a warehouse. There was a great article about this a few years ago that detailed Mick's daily commute to the warehouse, the lack of heat and his desire to pull an album together before they set out on a new tour.

Are these GA's available close to show date or do they sell out? I'd really like to get some of these and roam a bit this time around and just enjoy the atmosphere at multiple shows this time around. I can't afford up front pit or VIP near Keith so I might as well have some fun at two shows instead of one.

Quoteerbissell Quotekeefmick I totally agree with hockenheim95. The fans on this board seem so hung up on where their last show is in the USA and in Europe etc. I personally don't think the Stones themselves could care less. Whenever it stops it stops, no planned, "oh we need to finish the usa in nyc" or we need to finish our career in London". That's my view anyway. Ex
