QuoteMisterDDDD Quotespunky How about 10 shows in the USA/Canada in April/ May, a few weekse rest and then start halfway June in Europe till end of July with another 10 shows? I think this scenario (or close) is most likely.. The bare bones 60 stage makes it more feasible. This seems unlikely - from previous posts it sounds like there'll be 24-30 shows over 2023 and 2024. Europe in 202

Quoteds1984 Love me do is both a minor song and a minor hit. The real success for The Beatles is 1963. But cataclysmic in some ways, it led to Pete Best being dropped and Ringo being appointed. And that unique sound heard by Britain (if not the USA) for the first time.

QuoteTopi Quotefareastlansingman Just checked Nico Zentgraf's great Stones site (Complete Works) & it confirms the band is recording in an unidentified NYC studio, w/ D. Jones, S. Jordan, M. Clifford, B. Fowler & C. Haynes. Was treaclefingers mentioned on Nico's site? Fantastic - Patti Hansen also having a day out with Sally Wood - Would be great to hear a new singl

QuoteNikkei Quoteslewan QuoteNikkei How can they drop 19th Nervous Breakdown this late into the tour? For me that is a bait-and-switch move. they doing it every second show… They didn't do it yesterday, didn't do it in Gelsenkirchen. I thought every show before had it included except maybe for one of the Hyde Parks? I guess they didn't want to do 19th Nervous Breakdown in th

Out of Control - Mick's probably been told about some of the garbage talked here, bout him slowing down / being tired / losing his voice. A nice #UpYours from Jagger

QuoteHairball Dean Goodman gives more details on Mick's struggles: "...the band scrapped “Gimme Shelter” after he started losing his voice. Of course we don’t know if his issues are heatwave-related or something else, and whether he will be OK for Paris on Saturday.". "It’s a real shame because Mick had been singing much better than in Vienna. A pretty good show now be

QuoteGivenToFly15 Quotesyrel Quotegotdablouse It was hard not to get a bit emotional at times, especially when they came out, HTF can these guys still be there and deliver like that? Amen to that My dad’s 5th show of the tour and he came out with tears in his eyes. Such a big effort from everyone - memorable

Mick noted this was the hottest show they’d ever played in France. Stadium sound was superb - up there with Madrid for loudness and clarity - and well done to the staff spraying water bottles over the crowd. HTW was mean ghost Town - Mick really loved how Lyon joined in. French crowd loved Angie The only ‘curtailed’ vocals were in JJF imo - not a huge impact. Can understand Mick doing a q

Quotedimrstone Quotesnoopy2 Been walking around Lyon, that’s a bit of a climb to the Roman Theatre of Fourviere. An easier walk (if you’re a fan of Antoine de Saint-Exupery, which I am) is to his statue and birthplace in Bellecour square. Believe it or not I may not go to the show tomorrow as I no longer do well in that kind of heat. I have tickets, but we shall see.. I may simply have a nice
