I am glad to hear it is nothing serious. I will set my sight on the fall

Quotedaspyknows QuoteWoz QuoteGJB It is always nice to catch the Stones in a city... but how about The Town? They've played Oakland many times! Back in the day it was a good venue but after they remodeled for the return of the Raiders (before they even left) the place went down hill. Not a fan of Levi Stadium but the Oakland Coliseum is a literal sh!thole. It is closer to where I live

I totally agree a Vegas residency makes sense. But I think the Stones actually like being on the road and going to different cities and would be bored quickly staying in one place

It is not logical to have a 60th Tour Without North America. It is where they built their legacy in so many ways. I think it will all be MAJOR markets: New York (2), Boston (2), Philadelphia, LA (2), San Diego, Las Vegas (2), Seattle, Vancouver, Toronto (2). That being said, here ever they play net, I'll be there....

I have felt that way the last two tours. How lucky are e to see The Stones live in concert, playing well and having fun in 2022? I hope I can catch another tour. If not the ride has been way longer and way better than I could have ever thought or expected!!!

Quotehockenheim95 I would bet they won't finish the next tour in London. The Stones aren't sentimental. It could be anywhere... I think they will start it there....

QuoteTopi I think they are done after this year. End it where it all began. I agree. The Stones aren't always sentimental (especially Mick but ending it where it began is an "orderly" ending, systematic and very proper English way to end. But I hope they just do it and don't advertise it..........

The Double Door is probably the best sound source and video they could work with ad The Stones in a club......

In this climate anything can happen but I think any last tour of North America would have included New York. My speculative guess for 2022 would be 8-10 shows in Europe, 8-10 shows in North America. A lot of people will want South America, Japan or Australia, logistically those are difficult unless they choose one venue for multiple shows. I am debating whether to go see a 60th Anniversary show

QuoteGasLightStreet It seems rather realistic, given what Mick says these days, that the 2021 NO FILTER tour was the last US tour. Obviously their age is a bigger factor but COVID showed that even the Stones have to wait for things out of their control, yet alone Charlie dying. Obviously no one will know until after 2022. Where has Mick said that 2021 was the last US tour?

I love The Stones in tune, outta tune, wrong note, right note. Going to Dallas and then Vegas after seeing the two LA shows. I am just enjoying every song, every minute, every moment of any Stones show I can see now. I hope to celebrate my 60th with The Stones 60th Anniversary next year

QuoteNikkei QuoteRocktiludrop QuoteNikkei Like I suggested, maybe he could say they're sad that he couldn't be there? Not sure that will be seen as sincere, Mick and Keith have never looked so happy onstage together. We don't know anything about them really do we, Ronnie seems the most badly effected by Charlie's absence, I genuinely believe Ronnie misses him very much, migh

Last night was my 15th show. I have heard 318 songs live and 90 different Rolling Stone songs. Ronnie was on fire, Sasha is amazing and fun and beautiful, I digress, The French Horn on YCAGWYW was sooo beautiful, soul touching. Darryl has always been underrated but really shined last night. I will always love Charlie and I will always miss his subtle elegance, no one like him and there ne

QuoteStoneage The usual jovial PR stuff then? Not really. Howard asked Mick about dancing and noted that Elvis did and some bands like The Beatles made a decision not to so Mick gave him the story about dancing. Howard asked about song writing, they did talk about preparing to tour and of course Charlie.

The interview was good. Howard was a little too nervous. It seems. Mick may have been a little uncomfortable in the beginning but they both relaxed. It sounded like they both had a good time and Mick relaxed and laughed a lot but he would not commit to another interview.....

Bjornulf, thank you for your heartfelt review. I am going to the LA shows and Dallas. I am already resigned to the fact that tears will be shed throughout the show, probably to the point of uncomfort. I hope I can find the joy too. The joy that live Stones show have always brought......that all sounds rather melodramatic but it is how it feels.

I don't recall anyone saying BB King should put Lucille in the closet and quit when he was playing in his 80s. I never heard Buddy Guy referred to as a sad shell of himself. The people clamoring for retirement are similar to those complaining about ticket prices; if you don't like it, don't go to any shows. I guess we do live in a cancel culture and now they want to cancel The Ston

I don't want to judge the sound from a cell phone or the people who have unsupportive opinions of The Stones being on the road, everyone is entitled to their opinion. I do want to thank everyone for their thoughts, pictures and clips because it made me change my expectations. I have seen 15 shows, a small number to a lot of you and I will see 3 shows on this tour. Now I will not expect them

Perfectly said. Thank You BV. For me The Rolling Stones are my Prozac. Any time I am in a funk their music brings me out of it. I love them live the most; live recordings or in person. Somehow my mind can process the jam at a level I couldn't verbally express. I can distinctly hear Charlie, Ronnie, Keith and you could never miss Mick. The interaction they have as musicians who have played to
