Indeed! "Happy Birthday" to the Rolling Stones! Let's get to 2022 for the big 6-0 (with some live shows hopefully!)

It’s quite unbelievable how many ‘verified resale’ tickets are available for Vancouver in many areas. This has to be a complete con as entire rows are available. I figure this must be ticketmaster essentially selling as a 3rd party - basically another version of platinum tickets where they flex the price. I’ve been checking prices everyday - pits have fluctuated quite a lot - as ‘low’ as 740,

Can anyone confirm what the face value of a Vancouver pit ticket should be? (Standard not VIP/platinum)?

Got lucky dips for San Diego (just checked and they are for here, no mix up) and now just got to hold my nerve to get something decent for Vancouver... pit ideally! Congrats all that got what they wanted, stay strong and resist the inflated prices those who haven’t, the tickets will come to those who wait!!!!

Thanks BV for all your work on this - managed to book hotels for San Diego and Vancouver a few days ago working back from Austin on the 4-day rule - should hopefully have saved compared to the prices we will see in a few hours! See you soon! Grant

As BV says trust dates listed - the question is: is the order correct? If so that puts 4 gigs before May 24th at Austin meaning tour start in San Diego likely May 8/9th?

I hope the stones save resurrecting SOM until (if) they ever play South America again - where I think it will have the best impact for singalongs. I think Mick does like to include one “modern” (cough cough) song in the recent tours - since Doom and Gloom, One More Shot, Streets of Love, Out Of Control, Anybody Seen My Baby, Out Of Control, You Got Me Rocking, Sad Sad Sad, Mixed Emotions and

Didn’t attend any 2019 shows but from the European legs: Controversial choice: Hamburg - I know the stones were a little static as it was first night but the setlist was amazing, plus first night’s of the tour are always most exciting for me as you don’t know what’s coming. Best playing: As someone stated, Paris 2 was a fantastic show. The band were on top form - paint it black was the mos

Just watched some clips on YouTube - it seems like Mick was treating the gig like a South American show given that a lot of people were coming to Miami from there - for instance: asking them to do the “ohhh oh ohhh” part at the start of Out of Control, singing the riff line of satisfaction (something that caught on a lot during the Argentina shows), maybe even this played a part in the return of

They seem to be attempting to play one or two “modern songs” per tour (YGMR, Sad Sad Sad, Mixed Emotions, Out of Control, 1x Anybody Seen My Baby!) so it wouldn’t surprise me if Saint of Me, Love is Strong or Rock and a Hard Place got an outing over the next few years (if they do No Filter Asia, Australia, South America legs). I just hope they save Saint of Me for Argentina - I think it would wor

For what it’s worth, having watched it, I too think Keith did it on purpose, I don’t think it was a joke or a mess up, I think he was just enjoying the spirit of the middle section of Rambler and joining in the improvisation. I thought it worked quite well!

Interesting- there were two set lists prepared for this gig - one extra in case it was raining - then there would have been no B-stage and Angie would have been played on the main stage with Ride em on Down (Dead Flowers would have been replaced). I guess this will be the format going forward.

I have slightly revised Stoneage’s setlist prediction based on my thoughts/comments on this thread ... 1. Street Fighting Man 2. Let's Spend The Night Together (IORR - alternative) 3. Tumbling Dice 4. Sad Sad Sad (Harlem Shuffle - alternative) 5. Ride Em' Down 6. Out of Control (song vote) (You Got Me Rocking - Alternative) 7. You Can't Always Get... 8. Play With Fire

Having seen how wide the pit is, and given the prices, I would be feeling particularly happy if I was a LD ticket holder. Surely the odds must be better than other years given that the pit looks like it will hold double the capacity!

I think you are probably right actually SFM IORR Tumbling Dice You Got Me Rocking/Out of Control - maybe not even this slot and end up with a 19 song set Blues or new song Ballad vote (e.g.Under my thumb/Lets spend the night together/bitch/like a rolling stone) Paint it Black YCAGWYW HTW Prob won't be too far off...

I think the best we can hope for is a small bit of rotation, e.g. IORR or Lets Spend the Night Together, You Got Me Rocking or Under My Thumb, Wild Horses or Angie. Street Fighting Man IORR/Lets Spend the Night Together (Rotate) You Got Me Rocking/Under My Thumb/The Last Time/All Down the Line (Rotate) Tumbling Dice Blues or New Song Ballad Vote Song Paint it Black YCAGWYW Honky Ton

Just my opinion but I think the rehearsals will be in London. Charlie has already committed to a long time away for this tour and I can’t see them wanting to extend that further by having a month of rehearsals outside the UK. LH2 again would be my best bet...

Absolutely no way as a band - they have had their moment at the Super Bowl. Less than 1% chance Jagger or Ronnie would do something like this, but I think this is just newspaper filler.

Hi all London based 28 year old Stones fan here...I noticed there’s Stones related celebrations happening to mark 50 years since Beggars Banquet was released. I’ve dragged my mates along to a similar thing a few months ago (just a random Stones tribute)), but as they aren’t massive Stones fans wondering if anyone on IORR is planning/up for going to this one... On Tuesday 11th December there

I went to see him at London (#2 show)... I did enjoy the overall no Phones concept, it worked well and it was easy to get in and out the venue - I don’t know if/how the process would translate to a bigger venue but I would be tempted to try it if I was an artist! As for his setlist, I would describe it as challenging (especially for a casual fan like me), some stuff from his new album worked
