Outside of boxsets, have either "One Hit To The Body" or "Almost Hear You Sigh" ever been included on any compilation album? They seem to be the two pre-1990 singles that have been entirely overlooked, which is a shame because I think both singles are among their better efforts of the 80's. "Honk" would have been a good opportunity to rectify that.

QuoteGasLightStreet All Down The Line is a song that should've been released as a single, which apparently they considered.... 100% agree. In my opinion, "All Down The Line" is as strong a track (if not stronger) as is "Tumbling Dice". Easily could have performed very well on the charts as a single and should have been considered for at least one of the many compilation

QuoteGasLightStreet Quotesf37 For myself, REWIND is the compilation I had played most often in my CD player over the years (interesting too is that there are two versions of REWIND - UK and US - with slightly different track listings. I owned the US version. Wished the two versions had been merged). I also found it curious why "She Was Hot" (which I personally preferred to "Unde

This offer arrived in my e-mail this morning from the Stones' online store: "Voodoo Lounge 30th Anniversary Collection This week marks 30 years since the release of 1994’s Voodoo Lounge, featuring singles ‘Love Is Strong’, ‘Fool To Cry’ and ‘Out Of Tears’. Order the iconic album on two new celebratory formats; red and yellow coloured 2LP vinyl, and red and yellow coloured 2LP vi

QuoteGasLightStreet Quotetreaclefingers Frankly I'm gob-smacked you have Dirty Work in there... There is some great playing on that horrific album and I do like some songs on it and the title track is just... guitar wise, it's fantastic. Lyrically it's a bit of a yawn and a giggle, like I never see no grease on you, baby Yeah, you never roll your sleeves up, do you, ever baby

QuoteGasLightStreet Time Waits For No One's discog doesn't include the singles for Too Much Blood and One Hit among a couple others! It does give how many songs they've released: 434. Even that "434" total is subject to interpretation. The site includes some songs the Stones performed with other artists while excluding others. For example, their 434 total inclu

I would also suggest adding "Highwire" and "Doom & Gloom" to the mix. I also enjoyed "Hate To See You Go" from Blue & Lonesome (or are we excluding cover songs in this discussion? I see "Going To A Go Go" and "Like A Rolling Stone" aren't included either, despite being originally released as singles)?

Florida does appear to have experience on their side, as this is the 2nd consecutive season they've been to the finals (losing to Vegas last year). I think their tight defense will be enough to contain the Oilers' high-powered offense, but it won't be easy. I see this series going the full 7 games. Interesting bit of trivia - the Oilers, with 5 Stanley Cups under their belt, wer

QuoteRacca1962 Well, I was listening the cd Flashpoint today, and I rediscovered this Keith-song. Maybe a good song to play sometimes this tour? But I guess they did not rehearsal this one. In my opinion, "Can't Be Seen" is underrated and I too would welcome it back into Keith's live set. That one, plus "Wanna Hold You".

Health of the band notwithstanding, I can foresee another tour in a year or two to support the anticipated follow-up album to Hackney Diamonds. Perhaps MR will be revisited during that time, if not sooner. It is also interesting to see how quickly Out Of Time seems to have been dropped from the setlist after picking up steam, but it's also understandable given the band is replacing some o
