QuoteFather Ted The market for these shows dwindles with each passing year. The market for them will go up significantly when they're through. Would make more sense to release them then.

They like to recycle a stage over and over again. No Filter Stage was nearly 5 years. I can't see them using the Sixty stage for just one tour. I'd expect the Sixty (and counting?) theme and stage to continue for the foreseeable future. Probably as BV said, around the world over '23-24. New material will be featured of course, but I wouldn't expect the tour to be renamed The &

Crazy. They routed us walking around the entire venue to get to an entrance. I hope there is a shorter route leaving.

QuoteMisterO QuoteGazza Quotetreaclefingers According to Rolling Stone, first time in a concert setting...Out Of Time: Mick introduced it as a live premiere. According to Bill's 'Rolling with the Stones', however, it was played on the Sep/Oct 1966 UK tour. I'll go with Bill. I recall Mick introducing 'Melody' at Shepherds Bush in 1999 as a song they'd nev

Yes, that's what I also thougth for years, specially the mid, low music part sounds very like a club show. Only at the end the Arena crowd noise kicks in. Mr. Fancyman This is what I've always

It's not going to be in 4:3 is it? That was the only downside of the Four Flicks compilation set. I fear the tape doesn't exist in widescreen.

Quotebye bye johnny Pink Floyd’s ‘Rise Up’ Heading For U.K. Top 10 Based on sales and streaming data from the first 48 hours in the chart week, "Rise Up" is heading for a No. 5 debut. By Lars Brandle April 11, 2022 Nice! Just gave it a listen. Wonder if Roger was asked to play? I could see him being on the wrong side of this issue.

What do you think the odds are the band will tack on an additional show at the end of the tour, similar to the Hollywood show at the end of the last tour? I'm thinking a smaller venue in London.

QuoteThe Sicilian Quotescaffer 'The Sun is Shining' - Altamont. I remember seeing lots of people looking at each other and asking what song it was. Brown Sugar was first played at Altamont as well before it's official release. Even then Mick was PC enough to omit the "whip the women" lyric.

QuoteDoxa QuoteBjorn Most of you just don´t seem to care. We have been discussing the boring set list that The Stones have been playing since forever - for ever on this board. And what do Keith DO when he gets the chance to play with The Winos? He takes two of his played to death songs from The Stones - and play them with The Winos. But you are all cheering! Whatever he does. No wonder he doe

Hey man, I mean it's a $4K guitar off the shelf new I think, and I'm sure are really nice player. But I imagine his year / vintage / value puts it in the star sphere price range. Maybe not Keith league. But It does sound nice and I'm sure had a great feel.

Quote24FPS jazzbass Yes, Cisplatin Chemo for me as well. It is brutal. 35 radiation sessions. According to my calculations, the Stones have 35 official studio albums and live albums. (Not including any kind of compilation or bootleg, official or otherwise.) So, I have been listening to one album per radiation session in chronological order. Today is Between the Buttons. Cisplatin was the stran

Quote24FPS I have no surgery scheduled at this time. They are very hopeful of getting it with a similar radiation regimen with weekly light dose chemo. Modern radiation is highly effective at killing cancer but also very damaging to nearby tissue, muscles, mucosa, etc.' I had 35 radiation treatments over a 7-week course. I've read articles that HPV cancer doesn't require that mu

I had a lump on my throat, which I'd had for a couple of years. I went to see, actually, Mick's throat guy. I went to see the best man in the world: Peter Rhys Evans, who's a surgeon and throat man.
