I had tickets and I recall all news outlets and insiders stated that Mick had a throat issue.

I took that course a few years ago. A lot of fun and the instructor was wonderful.

I only show 16 Rolling Stones albums on itunes store. Just a few weeks ago there were many more. Something is very odd about this. Does anyone have any new information about this issues?

How about a live TV broadcast beamed around the world. Simple stage set up like something from circa 1963. I am sure that could acquire multiple sponsors to pay the overhead.

Saw Martha Reeves in Atlantic City a few years ago. Her voice is not the same as it used to be, however, still a great performer and an icon from the great Motown legacy. Dancing in the Street ranks among my 5 favorite songs of "all time". It would be an historic event if she would do a few songs with Mick and the boys.

I support your comments. Most tabloid news sources make up stories just to gain publicity and sell papers or web sites. Unfortunately, its probably too costly to initiate a legal battle. I am sure all of us that follow this message board will support you. And thank you for doing a wonderful job with this message board.

I purchased tickets for the Pittsburgh show in 2020. I have viewed my ticketmaster account and it shows my receipt, however, there no link to download the tickets. I have attempted to call and email ticketmaster to see if they are going to mail the tickets. Is anyone else having a similar issue?

I know I might be in the minority, but I prefer the mono recordings of the majority 0f the Stones songs. The sound is clearer and fuller than stereo. They have been many articles written by sound engineers stated the mono recordings are better.

I started this tread in 2015, and I still seeking if anyone knows of the set list they played in Asbury Park NJ in 1966. I checked the "FM-set list" site but no luck. There must be some type of archive that may have that set list. Any suggestions are welcomed. thanks

Merry Christmas to all. Thanks to BV for hosting this site and maybe with a little luck (or a lot) the Stones will deliver a concert tour or new songs. Everyone stay safe and healthy thru out 2021.

Iam not sure I would state that the band has retired. Both Mike and Keith both have stated they would like to tour again once the world has conquered this virus. You might see some new song material without a tour. Wishful thinking..

Congratulations! I have enjoyed the posts and information from all the users. It is my first place to go to get updated info on the Stones. I have been an avid Stones fan since 1964. Thank you for providing this site.

I recorded this concert on a cassette recorder. I had to turn the tape over to continue with the concert. The quality is fairly good and remember recording and listening to the show over my amp and speakers.

The summer of 1964, "Tell Me" was played on some NYC radio stations. I was 13 and up until present day have enjoyed the musical journey of the Rolling Stones!

I was a sophomore at Ohio University (athens, ohio). In a few days after the Kent State shooting, riots broke out on campus and all students were ordered to leave campus and go home. This was somewhat difficult for me as I lived in New Jersey ( about 500 miles from campus) and my parents had to drive to and pick me up.

I also saw the Stones there 5 years ago. My mistake last time was I did not reserve a hotel room until very late when almost every room was sold. I did find a "sleezy" hotel, the kind where you have to sleep with your clothes on. There were holes in the walls and the bathroom fan sounded like a train locomotive. This year I planned much earlier and found a nice hotel.

I would love to hear the Stones play some of their "roots" songs like Tell Me, You Better Move On, Route 66,It's All Over Now, etc. They could maybe play 5 of those songs out of their 19-21 song set list. This may be more suitable in an arena than a stadium environment.

When everyone mentions that the RS have many unreleased songs in the "vault". Where exactly is the "vault"? Is it a recording studio, an actual vault with tapes, or in someone's home?
