Larry gave Bruce COVID on the show. It makes the news and everyone hates Larry (again). Funny episode and I’m sorry to see the series come to an end.

QuoteJadedFaded Quotelikecats How much was a San Diego ticket, all in, but not including the $24.99 subscription? Didn’t look at the front row prices. Seats in the middle areas of the sections closest to the stage were in the 350-700 range. I got a seat on the very far right, section EEE, for $316.50, including fees. Seats way in the back were $107 I think. Thanks! I got a pair on presale tod

BV, Thanks for doing this all these years! I don’t post very often but I read here a lot. I consider myself a serious Rolling Stones fan but I’ve learned a lot here from people far more knowledgeable than I.

I looked around the AARP presale and then artist presale. Overall it looks like the GA rear ($209.70 all in) is probably the best value if you're on a budget. I don't need to pay $680 to see them again from the pit but that's just my preference.

Looking at both L.A. shows there is a section 516 that has around 76 cheap tickets ($86 all in) but when you click on that section I just see a big blue parallelogram with no option to choose seats. Very mysterious. It's a nosebleed section anyway and not very appealing, but very mysterious. Anyone else seen this?

Quotekovach Not familiar with AXS. I know Ticketmaster lets you "in line" 10-30 minutes early, does AXS do something similar? I think AXS has a similar queuing system.

QuoteVicJagger The AXS site lists 16 shows and Ticketmaster lists 12. So most shows available at both sites? Thoughts on which would be best to try to score tix? I’ve seen that AXS / Ticketmaster crossover before. One of them might list more expensive resale tickets but then there is usually a link that says “buy from the venue” and it takes you to the primary platform. Here is an example: l

Quote24FPS I was the test for the first Lucky Dips, at the 2013 L.A. show. Yes, got terrible nosebleed seats. Such a bad angle you couldn't see everybody on stage. We did get up and move to better ones. Found out later that those with bad Lucky Dips went to customer service and got better seats! Don't know if that still happens. I also had Lucky Dips in 2013, Honda Center in Anaheim.

It won’t happen but I would really like to see it. I would enjoy a truly unplugged show, and not just a few songs, I mean the entire show. Deep cuts and perhaps acoustic versions of some of the hits. I’ve enjoyed every Rolling Stones show I’ve attended but it would be great to see a complete departure from the usual. Mick doesn’t need to run around a stage in a football stadium to keep me engage

Quotejmd Hope to check out that venue in SD one of these days; we walked by it last month on the way to Petco for a Padres game while staying at one of the adjacent hotels. Looks interesting… The Rady Shell is a nice venue. I’ve seen a few shows there including Neil on Tuesday. Good sound and location. I recommend it.

Bill Kreutzmann dropped out a little less than a month before the tour. It was stated that the reason was not medical, but some kind of creative divergence. Bill played this music for almost 60 years but then had creative differences a month before the final tour? There must have been something else going on. Anyway, they got Jay Lane to take his place. I enjoyed the two shows I saw.

For quite awhile on the Ticketmaster / Live Nation seat selection page there was a filter option to display the ticket prices with fees included before you put anything in your cart. There was still an annoying credit-card processing fee that sometimes showed up at checkout but you could see most of the all-in price. In the last month or so when I’ve bought tickets that all-in option had disappe

The piano player is Jeff Chimenti. He's been playing with Grateful Dead offshoots for a long time now. I was disappointed to hear that Bill Kreutzmann dropped out barely a month before the tour. The band statement said it was not a health issue, it was "a culmination of a shift in creative direction". He's been playing this music for nearly 60 years, yet couldn't hang

Buying tickets in the presale was a very cumbersome and tedious process. You had to click on a date, twiddle your thumbs in the virtual waiting room, and then all that would come up was either no tickets available or Platinum tickets for ~$1500. Repeat the process for each show. I think there are also separate links for General Admission Floor and Reserved Seating, thus doubling the amount of t
