QuoteRocky Dijon Not appreciating her work, I can understand. Overturning her coffin and spitting on the mourners seems a bit extreme. Perhaps I was just raised differently. I whole heartedly agree.

QuoteGasLightStreet Quotedcba Imho he was a one-trick pony mainly turning albums he worked into some hazy foggy sonic adventures. It wouldn't work with a band whose production motto has always been "make it simple and dry sounding". Plus I don't think Keith would say "ok" to a producer telling him to add layers after layers of guitar overdubbing. Lansois is not

They must have learned a lesson when revisiting these albums/ boots for reissues. To realize how vital Taylor, Jones and Wyman have been to their most iconic material.Bill's bass playing

I saw them at Massey Hall a few times mid and late 70s. They did indeed rock. I'm pretty sure a little known band called AC/DC with Bon opened for them once. Loudest thing I ever heard. It could have been REO Speedwagon that Bon and the boys opened for but I can't be sure. Someone named Mary Jane was involved.
