Anyone who have studied the Budapest area and where to stay... Is the venue close to the center of the city?
Any recommendations will be nice, specially the area?

Hey Todda,
For what it's worth, try the Ibis Vaci Ut in the city center. It's not the Ritz, but a nice room in a great location and the subway is right on the corner. I've stayed twice and hope to be there July 20. p.s. 67 Euro for that night!

Not that far man. The hotel and stadium are on the Pest side of the river. I believe it's 6 metro stops including a switch to the red line. Roughly 15 minutes.

Marriott is near the stadium according to a friend and is only 85 Euros on Friday night.
