Maybe some of you would like to see this. It's my 12 year old son drumming to Brown Sugar. He's been playing for 2 years.

Now if this awesome little nipper could just up his age six years and relocate to London's East End he could hook up with my little lad who's currently looking for a drummer of this quality for his band.

You'll notice the absence of drums from their line up in this clip:

Drummers are always hard to source so your boy should have a lot of choice.

Hey perhaps we could start a Dad's my son's band thread...

Or not.

Mikey - shame - we used to live in Croydon until 6 years ago. Couldn't stand it any longer so we had to get out.

Such a pity - he is very good.

A good start to a promosing career. Don´t forget those rudiments. They are boring. But master them, and you´ll find you´re on the right path.

Hey you - I,ve been playin drums (and guitar) since 1970 , hi,s got the beat! no doubt! Please encouraged him to learn play guitar as well - stones need a new guitarist - in fact since 1974 ( mr. Wood - drop dead please!!!!!)

Harsh. The Stones have made some of their best music since 1974. RW has injected a new life into them which was missing previously.
