The Rolling Stones
Black And Blue Session Tape 1974-1975

Tracks 1-13: Tape>CDWave>WAVE>FlacFrontend Level8>FLAC
Track 14: Tape(onechannel=mono-cable)>CDWave>WAVE>FlacFrontend Level 8>FLAC
12 minute Hey Negrita?...any downloaded from Dime....is this any different? I don't think I have heard the 12 min. Hey Negrita...

think that this tape was a master tape ( 2nd or 3rd generation ),
for using to press the two vinyl bootlegs : Munichland Melodies
and Musicland Memories.

Most of the versions are very long and mostly with different lyrics.
I used the tracklist of my tape, so maybe there exist other names for some songs.

On my tape Hot Stuff is (don't know why) only from one channel,
so I distribute the one channel in two channels (special cable)

01 Hey Negrita (12:00)
02 Cherry Oh Baby (4:37)
03 Crazy Mama (4:26)
04 Fool To Cry (5:08)
05 Slave (instrumental) (8:55)
06 Melody (6:21)
07 I Love Ladies (3:53)
08 Hand Of Fate (5:02)
09 Munich Reggae (instrumental) (5:24)
10 Cellophane Trousers (instrumental) (5:18)
11 Worried About You (7:51)
12 Memory Motel (instrumental) (7:23)
13 Lets Do It Right (6:39)
14 Hot Stuff (instrumental) (5:15)

I got this first time it was posted, very hissy & incorrect speed on some trax if I remember rightly. One of the very few sets that I've turfed, All of the trax are on Mickboys remaster of B&B, 'From Rags to Excess.' & he's done a good job with the source material.

In case you don't know this album, he's 'remastered' B&B adding 'Slave' & 'Act Together' to make it 'complete', & then he's remastered all of the available B&B outtakes to make up a double cd, he's done a good job given the source material.

The version of Negrita on 'Outtakes 1974-75' is the same as this except it's been faded out @ 5.30

Mickboys' Negrita runs @ 11.13, playing along with it even as we speak & it's in tune, so correct speed.

Yes, that's the one. The trouble with this is that it contains the official B&B album so it's a touchy subject posting it complete.

The two drawbacks with Mickboy's "Rags" are the inclusion of the live versions from the Knebworth -- especially on Disc 1. The change in sound quality is quite jarring and they simply don't fit with the rest of the collection. Also, the exclusion of the Hot Stuff outtake makes the set incomplete. Nothing against his re-mastering at all, what's there sounds great.

Yes, JMARKO, I've wondered why he included those live trax, they just don't fit do they.

About Hot Stuff instrumental, I was wondering if this had been discovered when he made the set, I just don't see him ignoring it if it was out there @ the time

Looks like I missed the discovery of that "Hot Stuff" instrumental, is it the one on the "Black And Blue Session Tape 1974-1975" Dime torrent (now gone) ? Need to go looking for it!

Most of the stuff seems to be on "Play it Rough" : [www.youtube.com]

Unfortunately it's missing "14 Hot Stuff (instrumental) (5:15)" - could someone upload that one to wetransfer please? Thanks!

Yeah but until someone kindly ups it again that's all we've got, so I guess it's what you would describe as "better than nothing" ? Now how about pressing that "upload" button?

Sounds good, however the web being rather large, some kind of pointer would help.
