Yes, there are 15 parts (from #2 to #16) but I think this isn't the problem!

I tried it again today and WinRaR says while extracting: "you need to start extraction from a previous volume to unpack VIDEO_TS_01_1.VOB"

Then I remaned the 15 consecutive files from #1 to 15 with the same failure.

Ludwig we need your help here!

What I can tell you for sure is tha the problem is with file VTS_01_1.VOB because it's extraction isn't right!
Btw are the other necessary .BUP and .IFO files included? I don't see them either!

There should be the .BUP and .IFO files it sounds to me that it is not extracting because part 1 is missing, this would explain why "you need to start extraction from a previous volume"

It's sound logic what you are saying, but couldn't it be viceversa (the other way)? Because I´ve opened all the .rar archves without extracting the files and I don't see the .BUP and .IFO files there, only VIDEO_TS_01_1.VOB (from archive 2-11) and VIDEO_TS_01_2.VOB (from archive 12-16).

I have by now checked the file container and the data on rapidshare.
And things are just like "breadfan" already had found out: the first Rar-file is missing (for whatever reason) and this is the reason for the error messages during the extraction.
I'll rip and zip the files again and upload the first part until Monday night and keep you posted here.

Please download this file and try if it extracts correctly now. The new file should match with the others. Otherwise I have to repost the complete archive again.
