Complete show on DVD or only 60 minutes?
I have several DVDs (TV recordings) from the show. I could create a DVD with the complete show (I also could add as bonus: Beat Club 1972/30 min).
The complete show (superb quality):

I downloaded werther2003's DVD (the one you can find here: [iorr.org] ), but I only get a "Lossy" result (cuts off at 15.500 Hz).
I tried with DVD Audio Extractor, iSkysoft iMedia Converter Deluxe, Magic DVD Ripper, Aimersoft DVD Ripper and Xilisoft DVD Audio Ripper 4,
but all gave the same result.
I tried with another DVD and that one gave a not lossy result.... I don't know where the problem lies.
Anyway, if you're happy with this "lossy" version, you can download it from Wetransfer (gapless track separation and tracks are numbered and named)
WT link, valid until January 13th:

Many thanks to Werther2003 for the upload!

DVDs usually have lossy audio. Of course, you can create a DVD as well with lossless audio, but thats very unusual. Even the (incomplete) HD source has lossy audio.

I don`t know of any official release.
But on an official DVD release I would expect a lossless audio even less than on a
bootleg release which some audio freak did to keep the best available audio quality and not to compress it.
