This "reggae version" of Out Of Control must be a official remix, no outtake.
There is NO outtake version known known from the 1997 sessions. Bridges is at the moment maybe the only Stones album without a single known early/alternate version.

Appears to be the "Bi-Polar At The Controls" mix which was released on the OUT OF CONTROL singles. Same length.
