Hello all,
Yes...it has been a long time since I've posted anything. For those of you who are "new to the board",over the past 2 years or so I have posted just about every Stones show from 1969-1982 that is available and many many ottuakes from sessions. I have not posted anything lately becuase many of you have evrything that I have and my life keeps me very busy.

To all old friends..Hello and be well and thank you for all of your posts. To new friends...hello and be well and thank you as well.

I was listening to some mix discs I made of 1967-1974 material and cme aross this:

Is this Mick tying to sound like Leon Russel or vise versa. ANyone know abut this version of the song?

Thanks

Hi Cafaro!

I am looking for a 320K "I'll Let You Know" w/o tape hiss....can you help?
If not, thank you for all your previous posts.

I think the track you posted was part of the Leon Russell/Exile sessions where he played on 2 or 3 tracks and the Stones had to redo them because LR's record company would not give the ok for him to appear on a Stones LP. I also have a 'Loving Cup' that I think is him with the Stones.

"Get A Line On You" was released on a limited edition CD of Leon Russel (titled: "Leon Russel") 15 years ago. It's from September 1969 when Jagger came into the studio during a Russel session. Ringo Star is on drums

Great info- Don't tell me that isn't Mick Taylor on the left speaker...I'll be crushed. I knew no Keith was anywhere near this thing, but that has to be Taylor
