Ah this brings back memories. I saw the first show in the afternoon, my misspent youth. It's a shame that the recording of that one isn't as good as this, the 2nd show. Many thx

Vox12string, I always had a dude about the Stones era when they played 2 shows at the same day: if you went to the first show, did you stand still the second show? Or first the place stood empty between the shows? I think people tried to stand without be watched by Security, for see the 2 shows.

At the end of the show there was an announcement of the sort "The Rolling Stones have left the building" We all had to leave, the venue was the Maple Leaf Gardens, a hockey arena, so it would have been very easy to see if anyone stayed. When we got outside there were people already lining up for the 2nd show & there were scalpers trying to sell tickets but I didn't bother. I had won tickets & records thru a competition on a local radio station, CHUM Fm. I had answered a question & won 2 tickets, it was great.

Ok, I understand now. It had to be very wonderful to see the Stones in concert on those years; my first show was in London 1976 (2 days); then their sound was strong.
