i did a treble & mid cut too (the 2nd sorce),,,,

the 128 kb.mp3 of the 1st sorce,it's sounds better than the cd ,,

i guess most of the distorsion from the wave file,get's filtred, ?(mp3)

I never had a tape or cassette of this recording, only the cd-r which is running too slow. I don't know from whom I got it, but I have a faint idea; I will see this guy next month, I hope.

I believe the distortion is already on the original cassette, and that the recording started with Carol, listen how much the first ~ 8 seconds are distorted, the taper then turned it down.

It would be interesting to know of which generation my version is really.

If somebody wants to work on this recording, I can send my original cd-r by snail mail; as I said I did not remaster it, only speeded it up for 5,7%, and I'm not sure, whether or not it runs at the correct speed now!

Thx for the heads-up, I missed this, usually pretty good with dime. Onto it even as we speak even tho my share ratio will be very challenged

The recording is not perfect by today´s standards but still very listenable and well balanced (even the drums can be heard) and definitely better than the other tape.

Shame about the missing tracks and cuts but this is still a great find.
