For all those who didnt haul in Hobo's Shelter-cover (1998)
I up it once more..... A purdy faithful rendition vis-a-vis
the Let It Bleed-studio version a.k.a original, some spoken
parts added. Lyrics very hi-fi, no experiments whatsoever,
of course with the exception of the spoken lyrics.

Laszlo Földes, the leader & vocalist, met the soldiers back in 1956,
as a 11-year old kid. In my eyes he is the most exciting personality
in rock and blues music on the mainland continent of Europe.

Well it's a fair enough effort, but not quite to my taste.
I downloaded the StarStar cover the other day and promptly misplaced it.
So much music, so little time.
You're always an interesting read though.
