Question about download time limits

Does anyone know how long the time limit is for downloading on Send Space, Gigasize, Megaupload and Rapidshare? Which one is best for longer term posting? From what I remember You Send It is only 7 days which is probably why no one uses it much anymore. Gigasize seems to be the best way to go.
