THat interview disc is not a rare item, they could even sell it in official stores, since there's no music on it.
It's NOT worth 200 dollars, it's a crime to sell it for that amount.
I've seen it in shops for a way lower price.

Value in euro is € 2,25!!. Don't bid on it. You can find the original.
