Does anyone have a complete version of this, my first, RS show? I have a tape of the 2nd portion but have LOST the first part.. it's also not great quality as my mate recorded it !!

Hi Guys
I 've got loads of Stuff I could post, But I have not done it before if someone could give me an idiots guide on how to upload from my cd collection I'd gladly post .
I have a large cd/cdr collection so I need to know how to trnsfer from CD to post
I have Roxio on my pc so i think I have to convert to mp3 then find a site to post ???
