Hi RocksOff!,

When i go to Gigasize i see the name of the file

"Sin_ttulo38.oma"

".oma"??? I don't know that file! Is a compressed file like a ZIP or RAR, or what??

Any info about this are welcome!

...the '.oma' file is protected...no way to crack it...sad smiley It can only be opened on the pc it's registered to...it's a SONY thing...)

Dear Rocks Off...sweet Luis...you have to save it unprotected or upload it in mp3 or another standard format...(like you suggested you would...)

A lot of people will be very grateful...I thought it was just the best stones concert...

Thanks for your effort...

I'm searching for a converter program that doesn't depend on sonic stage but I seriously have never found one. When you upload a recording from Hi-MD (I dont know if other md formats do the same thing) you are only allowed to upload it once. Then the disc write-protects itself against future uploads. Meaning that if you ever loose it you have to go upload it on the identical computer as before, or run it through manually via a line in, which degrades the quality. Not fun.

Still looking forward to it!

If you convert it, please do it in flac/wav/shn format....converting to mp3 ruins the quality...if anyone wants to convert to mp3, let them do it on their own time...PLEASE!!!!

@RocksOff...no, it's protected...it'll work only on your pc...

it's not true of course. be serious JJ. flac/wav/shn files are for people who want to see music not to listen

Rubycathubby wrote:
Normally you should have a checkbox within the program when you transfer the file. This should be something like 'protect' or 'enable protection'. Make sure this is NOT enabled.

You could also try to convert to WAV or MP3. As owner of the recording the program should allow this as well.

If mp3...take bit rate 320kb/s
