not really.........there are some tracks from this concert that made it onto "Ya Ya's" but this is just an audience recording of one of three concerts at Madison Square Garden during that tour.

Even though this is an audience, Tumblin, it sounds pretty nice. amazing how many of the 69 audience recordings had smooth sound and such minimal clapping, hooting and audience interference (at least the Oakland, San diego and this new york--i know the miami and altamont audience tapes are abysmal)...

i paired the audience versions of prodigal son, gotta move and under my thumb with Cafaro's cool Apple Acetate and, along with Satisfaction from the Gimme Shelter soundtrack, came up with a fairly nice-sounding nearly-full Garden show (minus I'm Free...)

Good old rs-covers to the rescue, you can search by date there & this one seems to fit the bill

This is Satisfaction from the GS Soundtrack.

Without question, my favorite version of Satisfaction from any tour, any studio session, any artist.

And without question, one of my top 5 Stones songs. MT and KRs performances are absolutley brilliant. On the second verse, MTs scratchy rhythm is uneffinstoppable. The nastiness of the guitars and bass is great. All other versions from later tours pale in comparision.

it's too bad this version is edited (there's a verse missing) and may in fact be a combination of two different versions. I know the footage of this song is a combination....not sure about the audio.

TD..there's an extended version??

I neeeeeeed it! (as my son used to say)

no I don't think there's an extended version........what I meant was that there is a verse edited out of this version and this version may well be a combination of two performances. If you'll notice the footage on Gimme Shelter, I think Keith uses two different guitars or at least has two different outfits on. Now I don't know if the audio is a combination of the two versions but I know the footage is. But anywayz, the only version of this song that I know of that would be complete is an audience recording of it.

Thx for the whole show & the extra Satisfaction, guys. Anyone else notice the similarity in the riff to the Beatles 'Daytripper', it would be Mick fooling around with that
