When i click on a cd cover to download and then print it out. It always prints out much larger than the cd case. Can someone give me some insight on how to correct this?

Hi,

Most of the different photo-editing programs will do a nice job resizing your picture to fit the dvd or cd cases.

I use Photodraw (Office 2000) and it does a pretty good job (I'm sure you've already seen some "artworks by wattswood". I know that some people use Photoshop, Photo Editor, or Media Face by Neato/Fellowes (around $20.00).

I use the Nero "Cover Designer" to print my covers with the perfect size.

I have tried about 5 different programs and for some reason I can't get DVD covers to print the right size. Cds I have no problem with.

All the proggies I've seen only have a template to print the front, ie. one 'square', whereas a lot of artwork has the front & back side by side. Does anyone know of a proggy that has a template that will print these? You need this if there is something printed on the back of the cover as well.

As I said, I use Nero Cover Designer. With this program you can do Covers on this way:

CD: [www.gigasize.com]
DVD: [www.gigasize.com]

Also you can do covers of: Multi Box, Maxi, Slim Pack, Biz Card, Mini CD and others.

This program is easy to use and comes with Nero. You can do great covers, put images and make it like you want. You have some "Standar Covers" too.

When I tried using Nero it didn't print even close to the right size for dvds. And I couldn't figure out how to correct them.

When I tried the program mentioned above and tried the step by step walk through I could not click on the botton it mentions to adjust the size.

The only one mentioned above that I have not tried is photoshop which I don't have.
