I CAN'T GET GIGASIZE TO DOWNLOAD. WHEN I HIT DOWNLOAD A BLANK BOX OPENS AND THEN A INTERNET EXPLORER BOX OPENS THAT SAYS UNABLE TO CONNECT TO THE INTERNET. WHAT CAN I DO TO CORRECT THIS?
