What did I do wrong??

I'm VERY new to this. I am DELIGHTED by finally having Brussel's Affair, but the way I've downloaded/uploaded, etc. and put on to a cd, I am unable to hear it as a flowing concert. It's discrete tracks that I have to cue on to the next track.
How can I redo this and have a nice cd that goes one glorious song to the next?
Thanks -- and sorry for my stupidity -- I need things spelled out like in one of those For Dummies books.

It's an option in your CD-burning software.
You can choose DAO ( Disk at once ) with which you can eliminate the 2 second gaps between the tracks.
What underware do you use for burning onto CDs.

usually an option in the cd burning software to delete 2 sec. spaces between tracks
