Yes, I think the Forth Worth show it's the first CD of the boxset + a couple of more tracks from the second CD.

yes,dload is done,and when i am opening the files,i need password...many files from rapidshare i dloaded before...i took that files from blogs,and always needed password...for example,i dloaded black box from some blog,and there was password...i did it again,and i have only 4 tracks of eleven...
