Hello all, I plan on making a 4-5 disc Rolling Stones "dream" concert. I am putting to gether a track list now. Over the next few days/weeks, I will be asking for downloads and advice on performances of certain songs.
To this end, I am looking for strong performance, soundboard quality versions of ONNYA and Rough Justice.
I have almost every show from this tour and don't have time to listen to each show. So far ,I haven't really heard versions of either song that match the intensity of the studio versions. Does anyone have any?
1) A dirty grungey version of Tumblin Dice. I am using the Love YOu Live version but if there is one that is nastier than that, please let me know whatit is or please post it.
2) an electric version of Parachute Woman. The version on RnR Circus is great, is there any other that comes close? If so, please post.
Well Ringo, I don't really know. What I would love is to have these songs played with the sound much like the Stones had on the 1969 tour.....grungy dirty guitars, Mick bellowing like a "mad bull". Keith playing like he was possesed.
I mean imagine Rough Justice played with the same fervor as SFM was in 69 or 72?
