Shattered doesn't exist from Fort Worth (on video). You've got the SNL version, which means Saturday Night Live, October 1978.
The Fort Worth DVD consists of 6 songs, and Shattered is not one of them. However, there's some bonus material on some versions, like SNL 78.

And the picture above on rs.com its not from SNL. Its taken from the Hampton´s 81 concert.Is there an video promo to Shattered???

I don't visit that rs.com site, it's lousy, but it's very possible that it's considered as a promo-version by rs.com, that Hampton-Shattered. I've seen many loose tracks from Hampton on the TV.
But there is no promo for Shattered...the closest you can come is that SNL performance.
