There were some floating around called "Rehearsals" (which was an incorrect title since it was in between takes jams), which I believe also had Keith's name spelled wrong...

"Chuck Berry: Hail! Hail! Rock'n'Roll" is now out as an officially released 4 DVD set. And it includes over 50 minutes of rehearsals, and a bunch of other extras. There are more details at amazon.com.
I just read that the DVD isn't out yet--it's due out at the end of June. Also, Starbucks will have an exclusive DVD/CD package with stuff that's not available on the official release available elsewhere.
