Certainly not the LA ones. they are pretty bad. i guess there are some good ones of the paris shows because that was televised.

I've heard one song, CHERRY OH BABY of the MSG show and it's awsome cool! The whole show was like that?

By all accounts, L.A. Friday is considered the best boot from 1975 based on internet and hotwacks reviews.

Can someone post some of these great 1975 gigs? Thanks in advance.

There is some confusion over the L.A. 1975 shows because, the best boots sound quality wise are not the best performance wise. They did a run of five nights & the first two or three were among the best shows of the tour but,the recordings from these shows are not as clear as the show on the dvd.

I dont like Micks vocals on the "La Forum" boot, its pretty nasty, but not bad.
"Heartbreakers in Buffalo" is a classic and "Aux Abboitoirs" is also cool especially after a bottle of iced smirnoff

To follow up this thought -- I think the show on the first night (July 9th) may be the best of the L.A. shows, but the recording just isn't as good as we'd like. On many tracks you can hardly hear Woody.

I really don't enjoy Buffalo as much as some others -- the show is hot, but the sound to me is a just a little bit compressed or muffled, yet there is hiss also. Do I have a bad version?

It's the 3rd show that is on DVD, and the performance is not good.
The 1st, 2nd, 4th and 5th show are all excellent performances.

There were two shows in Buffalo on the 1975 tour. The first one (1 disc, incomplete soundboard) is the best of the two but, still not the best '75 recording. That disc does, however, feature the best 1975 Gimme Shelter.Ron Wood was on fire during that song.

Thanks, Theif...

I guess I'll echo the request for someone to post Hold on Tight (6/27) unless there is clearly a better one.

Heartbreakers in Buffalo and Luxury in Toronto were the first two Stones shows I ever saw. Damn hard to top that's for sure.

My favourite is the first LA show. It's only available on one disc I think. Performance is terrific! The Buffalo show is also really tremendous.

See what you think of this. This is remixed down, to clean up the sound and volume.
