Really great show with a diverse song selection for a change. Thanks for posting it. Quick question: are there short gaps in some of the songs or did I burn this to a bad disk?

I listened to every song break and would say there are no defined gaps. Sometimes slightly quietier but not silence.

Another great post from HYSYM. People don't miss this one either. A rare opportunity to get a live club show from the Stones. To top it off the first gig before the start of the tour. The band has a totally different sound when you lock them in a room.

Jagger introduces almost every song before the start of each. Almost seamless between the tracks. Crystal clear vocals. Some real gems in here, Torn and Frayed, Can't You hear Me Knocking, If You Can't Rock Me, Stray Cat Blues, and the Otis Redding classic Can't Turn You Loose.

Just to hear the slow horns in Can't Turn You Loose is worth it alone. Thanks for sharing man!!

This is a great recording--a bad ass rock n roll band in their prime! Very different from the Las Vegas review we get in the big stadiums.

This is the concert that was broadcast on that radio station in Toronto the same night the Stones were doing the club show in Toronto for the start of the Bigger Bang tour. The station was giving the false impression that they were broadcasting the concert live, not playing back the concert from 2002.

This show grows on you too. After declaring Ft.Worth Express a better show than Brussels, I now have to give this show a higher rating than that.

The set list is awesome for a club, the sound is great, and when played loud it blew me away. The horn section is right on here too.

The Stones put a soulful touch on "Heart of Stone" and tell you about it too. Keith is blazing on "Happy" and the wah wah is smokin on "If you can't rock me" and "Hot stuff". One of the best versions of "HonkyTonk Woman and IORR" that I have heard.

To date the best boot I have heard so far. It deserves a gold CD.

Again great post man. My ears are still ringing.
