i've never heard of any Winos outtakes per se (as in "completed tracks that didn't make it to the album");
there are some cool early takes and rough demo-type stuff from the Talk Is Cheap sessions,
and some nice Main Offender tour rehearsals. i don't have them on my computer, though, sorry.
