1986 North American tour.

This new series is dedicated to a really special tour of Mick Taylor because it was his first with his own band, as a headliner and not as a band member. It is also special because, perhaps under the influence of singer and bassist Roger Troy, it contains a great variety of songs not played on any other tours.

Line-up: MT (gtr)/Roger Troy (voc, bass)/David Bennet Cohen (keyb)/Colin Allen (dr)

For this first volume of the series, we have 2 recordings:
Source #1, provided by nzb is interesting because it has a more stable speed, a wider spectrum and is in stereo. but suffers from having some micro-cuts and some edited banter. ‘Born In Chicago’ is very incomplete and the sound is very high-pitched.
Version #2 from my collection (with misdated covers from my friend Mr. No) is more complete but the speed is fluctuating (it runs overall too fast by at least 3%), the sound is in mono and rather low.
I decided to combine the 2 versions to obtain the most complete version possible. The merging of the 2 versions is not perfect because of the multiple speed variations of the 2nd source but it is, in my opinion, much more interesting than the separate versions.
Here’s the details for every track:

Only the end of the song is present in source #1, so until 3’22 the source is solely #2, then the merge starts.
02 - I’m A Blues Man (merged)
03 - The Stumble (merged)
04 - Love Me Or I'll Kill You Baby (merged)
05 - Bad Boy (merged)
06 - Born Under A Bad Sign (merged)
Except from 5’10 to 5’13 (missing on source #1) solely from source #2
07 - Got My Mojo Working (merged)
started by a fade-in
08 - Move Me-Too Much Monkey Business-Reelin’ And Rockin' (merged)
from 5’06 until 5’22 solely source #2
09 - Further On Up The Road (merged)
with exception of a one second patch at 2’32 which is solely source #2 (because of a big noise in source #1)
10 - Mama Lion (merged)
11 - Turn On Your Love Light (merged)
I deleted a gap at 5’15
