This one is lossy (mp3), do you have lossless version?
How do you determine that it is from mp3? Frequencies are limited to 20 kHz which does not necessarily mean that it is lossy.
I have opened the files in iZotope RX 10 and have seen frequencies cut, that looks very much like mp3.
I have also tested the files in Lossless Audio Checker and TLH, both results were that this is MPEG
