While there are several posts of this show recently, may I add my 2 cents too:
This is the most complete and best version ever! (Don't believe everything!)
Taken from the ancient (from 1993?) 2 CD set "Touring America".
IMHO it sounds the best, better than these videos and clipped distorted sources. The frequency is cut at about 16 kHz but I do not think that it is lossy in the sense of what we call lossy today, i. e. a compressed recording like mp3, m4a, aac, etc to reduce the file size. The bandwidth of a TV or radio transmission was simply limited but the frequencies below this limit are all there unaltered.
This one has the cuts between the songs smoothened out, but I optimized them even more, so now you really can't hear them anymore. Also I added the words before "Happy" from the radio show broadcast and reworked the transition between the two CDs.
