You could download it at "Rolling Stones Archive Store" around 2012 to 2014. Here you'll find all informations you need!
Later a limited 3LP/DVD set was available, which I bought also. Maybe you'll have luck on eBay or similar .

It really seems like this album never had an official physical release . . making it pretty unique, - and to my memory the only Stones album without something you can put on the record shelf.
The limited LP/DVD release is on “Red Tounge Records” - and as such a bootleg.
