Not included in the radio broadcast according to Nico Z - adding it would have made the release a bootleg so it was not included

What is the source for this great photo from their October '66 appearance?

'The honourable exception to playback was Ready Steady Go where by the time of the Stones appearance in May 1966 it was common practice for bands to perform completely live.'
This gives impression the May '66 appearance was live, but just Jagger and Keith's vocals are live, they are miming instrumentally.
