I'm really liking this version. I just put this note up over at Dime.

I've got to go back and listen to the earlier version.
This one does have a bit of distortion.
During Sympathy and Miss You and Satisfaction. A bit.
Both tapers must have been close to speaker arrays or towers and they must
have been turned up really loud. lol

This recording at times it seems like the greater mass of audience is off in the distance a bit.
Actually it's really cool on Gimme Shelter when several times you can hear the bulk of
the audience cheer a bunch and get loud for Sacha. Off in the distance???

It almost seems like the taper is maybe behind the stage close to speakers and the bulk of the
audience is off aways. Like in front of the stage???
The sound of the audience is in both channels. Not mostly in one side or the other.

Yes, afaik that's correct.

I had hearing yesterday and if that's not the best sounding show, that's, for me, one of the best performance specially for the band's energy.
