Looking at the uniforms of the police Sure it is in the US.

I have the same footage called "Newsreel" and just as the above footage starts I get "Hershey" at 14:38 than the footage continues with a shot of an airplane and seconds after the plane (or is it the shape of the building at the airport) a shot of seated audiece and the next shot is those policeman, and so fort, to be continued Mick counting with his fingers 1,2,3,4

Thanks a lot for your research. I'm just downloading your file. I also compared the scenes with all 65 us tour photos, that I could find. Without any result. Even tour fotos from 65 seem to be rare.

This Footage is also at the very end of MCP DVD "Stones Newsreel compilation"

The Hershey Arena fits well, when I look at the photo below. But if their website is correct, concerts started from 1972 onwards. Of course, the Arena has been used for many happenings since 1936, but there is no hint to the Rolling Stones in 65.

Back in 63 thru 70 my brother taught guitar at the Music Mart in Arcadia ,California . Almost every week he would pick up the KRLA BEAT, the KRLA + the KHJ Tune Dex . I no longer have those KRLA Beats unfortunatly , but i still have about 15 of the KRLA+KHJ Tune Dex's . Thanks again for sharing the photos and that KRLA Beat in the above posts.
