DIRTY WORK sessions
PART IV: Taped through the windows
Volume 8:
As the name suggests, these tapes were recorded outside of the studio. The sound is therefore very bad with a lot of parasitic noises (passing cars, planes, discussions, car radio music, etc...) These recordings are therefore aimed at completists and those who want to follow the creative steps of the songs. I kept only the most musical or recognizable parts. I removed tons of noises (or reduced them) but there is at least as much left. For the speed I applied a deceleration of -3.863% except for some titles. I was particularly inspired by the analysis of "dcba" that I found on the following topic:

Thank you for this analysis, which has helped me a lot.
Thanks of course to all the fans who recorded in front of Pathé Marconi Studios, I hope I didn't hurt them by my DIY.
These sessions are not in chronological order but in alphabetical order. The speed correction needed can be a way to «regrouped» them. The version number correspond to the order they were proposed but probably are different from the real chronology.
The last recordings also contain in the background music certainly coming from an audio source (car radio?) which must have been near the recorders.
I didn’t keep “Unidentified fast tempo” which is a recording from the external audio source (car radio?)
* I’m not sure this slow blues track can be “These Arms Of Mine”. For the original version I propose here only the last 3 minutes to don’t exceed the 80’ duration from the usual cd-r.

This is the last volume until now: of course with recent releases it would be necessary to update this compilation and add an additional volume. I will surely do it but I prefer, for the moment, to wait if other tracks will not be released soon (if the rumors are true ... or not)!
I will post something different on monday
