It's the EP with some bonus tracks.
Here's the EP:
Side one
1. "We Want The Stones" (Nanker Phelge) 0:13
2. "Everybody Needs Somebody to Love" (Solomon Burke, Jerry Wexler, Bert Russell) 0:36
3. "Pain in My Heart" (Naomi Neville) 2:03
4. "Route 66" (Bobby Troup) 2:36
Side two
1. "I'm Moving On" (Hank Snow) 2:13
2. "I'm Alright" (Ellas McDaniel)

Yes. The bonus tracks are circulating since some time on various releases. Except for The Last Time which is from the Charlie Is My Darling soundtrack disc and which I added because its ending matches perfectly with the beginning of Everybody Needs Somebody To Love. So they belong together.
