Outtakes from the best years don't surface often. Would be a little sensation if the takes were complete. Let It Bleed is clearly an early take, Love In Vain not very far from the album version I think.

Let It Bleed sounds more like an early mix with alternate early vocals to me, but nonetheless great!

Yeah, after another "listen" on the tablet it's the normal backing track, but unmixed and with rough vocals.

Another tease! Where is the complete version. These partial releases make me RABID, lol

Imho it's version II the one Zentgraf describes as "acetate version".

Version III (the official one) was finished during the April/July recording. I find it illogical to ask an engineer to "cut" an acetate from 2 different sessions. Usually acetates are cut to have a snapshot of a day or week of work. You don't cut an acetate from sessions separated by months...
