Hi vox12string, thanks of course for splitting this but I'm wondering if there's any chance you could post it as a 16 bit............for some reason my Nero burner won't burn it.............hoping that's ok.........thanks

No idea what bitrate I split it, just used the default settings. I've got an hour to go for CD2 & then I'm done. Big banjo jamboree this weekend so I won't be back till Sunday night but I'll have a look at it then.

Yes, I can play Duelling Banjos. But I can also play Brown Sugar in open G tuning.

Ok, thanks a lot...........I thought straight away that it was 24 bit as the file for one cd was massive...........800 odd MB....that's about twice the size of a 16 bit.....ok, enjoy your weekend.......

Yup, that's the problem. Original file is 24bit & in between re-stringing my instruments, packing my van & editing this, I didn't even notice.

Ill have to quit multi-tasking.

Hey EddieByword,
If you want the 24 bit files into 16 bit just convert them to WAV and than it will become 16 bit and you can burn them. If you want to play the files on computer just convert the WAV files back to flac and it will be in 16 bit.

Cheers The Don........good stuff.........I converted with to WAV with Nero, they came out as 24 bit as well but then I was able to use Wavosaur to convert the 24bit WAVS to 16...............thanks alot......

PS to 12voxstring......no need for a 16 bit for my sake now..........thanks very much for the offer all the same.....
