I bought from a salesman a new Stones box. I paid the money via banktransfer.
After that I heard anything from the salesman. He is from France. He has posted a few times here on this page.
What can I Do?

Maybe someone else recognizes the name and can tell you if he had the same experience.

He is ok. I bought several times Stones items from him. Sometimes it takes a while, but he depends on his suppliers.And if something is wrong he solves it immediately.

Well, I wrote a few E-Mails in the last few weeks. No answer. Nothing.

I bought from him too. Hadn't any problems, but it took sometimes time: I believe he has to wait himself til he gets the goods from his suppliers. By the way, he's selling too @ PriceMinister and Discogs.

This might help, but never use a service where you cannot get your money back. Paypal is fine, the seller pays a fee. But you can always get your money back if you use a credit card or debit card. It's called buyer protection.

Gilles is fine...you'll get what you bought but yeah, he should at least update you rather than ignore

This seller should answer his buyer, but as a person who sells for a living- he may be waiting for answers from his suppliers.
Doesn't excuse him ignoring you, he probably doesn't have any answers either.
