Thanks RSKINNO for the sources of most of the 30 tracks. But what about the other ones?

I am interested to know if this release:
18. February 1966 Sydney Australia Commemorative Auditorum Showgrounds
02 The Rolling Stones - 19th Nervous Breakdown
is better than the circulating version (i.e. Beat Beat Beat, He Is Not Dead - Brian Jones, etc.)
Since this one is not available in the US, I cannot compare. Thanks in advance!

I've listened '19th Nervous Breakdown' from Sydney once again, it has a different ending but the rhythm is the same as at Ed Sullivan and I'd say it's from the Ed Sullivan show.
13. February 1966 New York US CBS TV "Ed Sullivan Show"
02 The Rolling Stones - 19th Nervous Breakdown

I think this one was only a "playback" version:
8. May 1966 Birmingham UK ABC TV "Thank your Lucky Stars"
-Paint It Black
I believe the version of Paint it Black with the fast drums in the begging and Mick saying "thank you, oh yes" at the end is also from Honolulu 1966.
