29 June 1978 – Lexington « Hound Dogs in Lexington »
warning: this one is a mix of different sources and the audience used to complete the show had a poor quality!

Working with the KBFH show of Lexington I had the idea to make another of my mix to get the more complete show with the better sources: so the 14th Frankenstein’s monster!
About the sources:
- « Handsome Girls » The tapes using by the KBFH are also using in several cds, my favorite are the Dandelion records (DL 030/033).
- « Tour Of America 1978 » the box from Wonderland Records (WLR 2129) : for this one I trusted the tracklist of cd n°8 (and on « dbboots »), thinking I can get a sdb version of « All Down The Line » and « Tumbling Dice » but they’re not from Lexington… grhhh… I discover it after long time working to make the transitions!!! so finally this source was not use.
- « Let It Rock Lexington » from Rockin’ Rott is the complete audience show but my cdr n°2 containt some diginoises .
- « Live in Lexington » remastered by Marko: thanks to Marko (whoever he is); I hope he will not be angry about my using of his work.
Using « Let It Rock » and my old ears to compare I discover that the tapes using by KBFH (and « Handsome Girls ») run a little too slowly (-2%) and that Marko version is +4% by comparison with the « Handsome Girls » but I find them a little too speedy: so I decided to accelerate the KBFH at 2% and decelerate Marko’s tracks at -2%.
- I was looking for a better version for « Hound Dogs » and Broesel 2004 send it to me… thanks a lot!!!
Last I know that Midnrambler make is own version years ago but I never hear it so I cannot compare with mine, anyway don’t forget I’m not Captain Acid and I only do what I can with my « 2 pennies » logiciel but it’s always do with fun and passion so you can follow or not but not necessary to be aggressive if you dislike you only had to pass your way….. but if you like don’t forget to say a little word ….. it’s my only reward.

please read better my , I admit a little long, mail: they're from audience source (it seems they never surfaced in sdb). When this songs are on the boots like on "The Kentucky Frieds Rockers" or in the KBFH program they're from Detroit and Houston (and they're wrongly noted Lexington).
